Consumer Returns

If you purchase products as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order and return products under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

Unless a product is faulty, damaged, supplied incorrectly, or we have agreed otherwise in writing, returned products should:

  • Be returned within the applicable return period.
  • Be unused and in a resalable condition.
  • Include all original packaging where reasonably possible.
  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include your order number and contact details.

Returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until safely received by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

To help us resolve the matter quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs where applicable.
  • Details of when the fault occurred.

Once the product has been inspected and the fault confirmed, we may, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product.
  • Replace the product.
  • Issue a full or partial refund.
  • Offer an alternative resolution where appropriate.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

As the manufacturer of many of our products, we stand behind their quality and performance. However, all products should be used in accordance with any instructions, warnings, guidance, or safety information provided.

We cannot accept responsibility for defects, damage, or performance issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect application or installation.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Use outside the product's intended purpose.
