Welcome to Strong AF Duct Tape. These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of our products, including duct tape, packaging tape, gloves, hand tools, accessories and related products.

2. Orders & Contracts

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.
Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, payment is not authorised, or fraud is suspected.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.
However, product images are for illustration purposes only and colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly.

As the manufacturer of our products, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to product specifications, packaging, materials, colours, dimensions, branding and design where such changes do not materially affect performance or intended use.

Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to the manufacturing process, minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions, adhesive strength, texture, packaging or appearance may occur between production batches and shall not be considered defects.

Product Performance

Performance data, specifications and recommendations are provided in good faith based on testing and experience. Customers are responsible for determining whether products are suitable for their intended application.

4. Product Use & Safety

Products supplied by Strong AF Duct Tape, including tapes, gloves and hand tools, must be used in accordance with any instructions, warnings or guidance supplied.

We shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage arising from misuse, modification, negligent use or use outside the intended purpose of a product.

5. Product Images & Marketing Materials

We encourage customers, retailers, distributors and resellers to use our product images, descriptions and marketing materials when promoting genuine Strong AF Duct Tape products.

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Strong AF Duct Tape. Materials must not be used in a misleading manner or in connection with products not supplied by Strong AF Duct Tape.

We reserve the right to request the removal of content that may damage our brand, reputation or intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, product designs, website content, packaging designs, images and marketing materials remain the property of Strong AF Duct Tape unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants ownership of any intellectual property rights to customers, distributors, retailers or third parties.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
VAT will be charged where applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where a pricing error has occurred and issue a full refund.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Delivery

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of products passes to you once payment has been received in full.

9. Returns & Refunds

Consumers may have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This right generally expires 14 days after receipt of goods.

Personalised, customised, special-order or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

Faulty Products

Faulty products may be returned in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Manufacturer Warranty

Where applicable, products may be supplied with a manufacturer's warranty.
This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Business Customers

Business customers confirm that they have authority to place orders on behalf of their organisation.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Strong AF Duct Tape and the customer.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
